Lord Ping Terms and Conditions
Using our website
Here we explain the Lord Ping terms that matter when you register, fund an account or play. Read the complete agreement presented during registration before accepting it, alongside the rules for your chosen games and any promotion you use.
The Lord Ping gambling service is operated by Skill on Net Ltd, registered in Malta as C50024. Its Gambling Commission account number is 39326. Accepting the registration terms creates your agreement with that operator.
Eligibility and account details
Lord Ping permits play only from Great Britain. You must be 18 or older and meet any higher minimum age applicable where you access the service.
- Provide accurate, complete registration details and keep them current.
- Use your account personally. Do not share access details or use somebody else's account.
- Use a payment method held in your own name.
- Do not use an account for fraud, collusion, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
Skill on Net Ltd may request age evidence. Underage accounts are closed and their winnings forfeited. Deposits are returned to the original payment source; if that cannot be done, repayment is made to a legal guardian whose status has been verified with documents.
Identity and account checks
The operator attempts automated verification before allowing deposits or gambling. If that fails, you must supply identification and a recent utility bill, then wait for verification before depositing or playing.
Submit verification documents through Upload Docs in My Account/Personal Area. The operator does not accept documents through other channels. Further checks can cover your address, occupation, finances and the origin of your funds.
Anti-money-laundering checks may suspend deposits, play and withdrawals. Responsible-gambling restrictions may suspend deposits and play. Where an assessment identifies serious money-laundering concerns or strong signs of gambling harm, further deposits and play may be stopped immediately; the terms provide for existing deposited funds to remain withdrawable or be returned where necessary. This does not remove the separate withdrawal restrictions that may apply during money-laundering checks.
Deposits, balances and bonuses
| Topic | What to check |
|---|---|
| Payment limits | The cashier displays the minimum amounts for each deposit and withdrawal method. |
| Funding an account | Deposits must use your own payment source; the account is for gambling, not banking. |
| Welcome offers | Registration details undergo an eligibility review. An advertised offer is not automatic confirmation that your account qualifies. |
| Bonus play | Read the specific offer and Bonus Policy for wagering, eligible games and bet restrictions before using a bonus. |
Skill on Net Ltd holds player money separately at Barclays under the medium-protection category. This arrangement does not guarantee full repayment if the operator becomes insolvent.
Inactive accounts
An account becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months without use. The operator may then deduct £5 monthly from its remaining balance until activity resumes. A smaller remaining balance may be reduced to zero, but a zero balance attracts no fee.
Before charging, the operator attempts to return funds through the last payment method used. If that fails, it takes reasonable steps to email you 30 days before the charge. Keep payment details current. Logging in reactivates an inactive account; for a blocked or excluded account, ask the operator's support team about recovering funds.
Closing an account and limiting play
You can request closure through Close Account on the Player Limitation page or through the operator's support team. A closed account stops gambling while retaining access to withdrawal requests and account records.
If gambling harm is the reason for stopping, use self-exclusion or GAMSTOP instead of ordinary account closure. Ordinary closure is unavailable while a Freeze or Cooling Off restriction is running, or during Self Exclusion; the restriction must first expire. See our responsible gambling page for more guidance.
Questions and complaints
For help with this site, contact our support team at [email protected] or use our contacts page. Do not send identity documents by email.
Raise gambling-account complaints with the operator's customer support team. Give your username, full name, an explanation and the relevant dates and times. If unresolved, request review by a manager or supervisor; the operator's procedure provides for a decision within 96 hours of escalation.
For unresolved gambling-transaction disputes, the terms identify eCogra as an alternative dispute resolution service. Its stated conditions include at least two weeks since the issue arose and reasonable efforts to resolve it with the licence holder. Follow its submission requirements.
